friendly staff spacious suites helpful team cute decor
The staff was amazing and friendly. They were always helpful and professional. The front office team and Gastro kitchen team are excellent. The rooms are spacious suites. The rooms have cute decor.
The decor seems slightly outdated. Pictures online should reflect the current look. The toilet seat had slight stains.

spacious rooms tasty food delicious breakfast double bed shocking menu healthy options
The rooms were very spacious. The poolside food was tasty. The rooms were cleaned every day. I saw the drone show from the beach. Gastro's breakfast was very delicious. It was also fresh every morning.
I booked a second room. I was given the second room with a double bed. The hotel knew I had three children. I had to pay for two separate beds for an upgrade. I paid for the children to eat from the children's menu. The menu is shocking. There were no healthy options.

The breakfast buffet had MANY options!!! The rooms were spacious, like an apartment. Staff were cute and helpful. That was appreciated.
The access to the hotel experienced congestion. It sometimes caused minor delays.

Really good Beachfront Experience
I stayed in a spacious three-bedroom family sea view suite. The staff was professional and cleanliness throughout was really good. Sanjaya, Monika and Faheem at the kitchen were really good too help us. The hotel pools were great, and the lifeguard team was attentive, keeping everyone happy and safe.

The three-bedroom suite included comfortable beds, clean linens, and blackout curtains. It also featured a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and utensils. a dining area perfect for family meals, alongside a living area with a large television.

acceptable stay
helpful staff equipped kitchen double bed upgrade cost
the location was convenient near a market. the hotel staff was helpful and friendly. i found the kitchen well equipped with everything needed.
i booked two rooms and was given a second room with only a double bed. the hotel knew i had three children with me. i was told i had to pay extra for two separate beds to upgrade.
